These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Agreement", "Terms", or "T&Cs") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter "Member", "User", "You", or "Your") and wb304 (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the online betting services available at wb304.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimized versions thereof.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the wb304 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. The following terms, when used in this Agreement, shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless context expressly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an active account on wb304, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the entire duration of your membership:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. wb304 strictly prohibits use of its platform by anyone under the age of 21, and actively employs age verification procedures to enforce this restriction.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or, for non-citizen residents, a valid passport and corresponding visa documentation.
3. Legal Capacity: You must possess the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable Indonesian law. Persons under legal guardianship or with court-imposed financial restrictions are not eligible.
4. Single Account: Each individual may hold no more than one active wb304 Account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — identified by shared name, address, payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address — will be treated as a violation of these Terms and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of associated funds.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not have applied for voluntary self-exclusion through wb304's responsible gaming tools, or have been excluded by wb304 for any other reason, at the time of registration or reactivation.

wb304 makes no representation that use of its platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. It is the Member's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of wb304 complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction of residence or physical location at the time of use.

To create a wb304 Account, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a valid contact email address and phone number.

Accuracy of Information: You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and entitles wb304 to immediately suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice.

KYC Verification: wb304 applies a graduated KYC process consistent with international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and CTF (Counter-Terrorism Financing) best practices. Depending on your account activity level, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: KTP (Indonesian National Identity Card) or valid passport.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months, showing your full name and Indonesian residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or scan of the bank card or e-wallet account used for deposits, confirming ownership.
• Source of Funds Declaration: For accounts with cumulative deposits exceeding specified thresholds, wb304 may request a written declaration or supporting documentation confirming the legitimate source of deposited funds.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wb304 username and password. wb304 will treat any action taken using your login credentials as having been authorized by you. Account Updates: You must promptly update your account information if any registered details change. Failure to maintain accurate contact or identity information may delay withdrawal processing and may trigger additional verification requirements.

All financial transactions on the wb304 platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). wb304 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Currency conversion, where any arises from a Member's chosen payment method, is solely the responsibility and cost of the Member.

Approved Deposit Channels: wb304 currently supports the following Indonesian payment methods:

wb304 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits will be returned and the relevant account may be flagged for review.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000 for e-wallet methods and Rp 25.000 for bank transfer methods, subject to revision at wb304's discretion.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed to the Member's nominated bank account or registered e-wallet, which must be the same account used for deposits where technically feasible. The typical withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 1 business day, depending on the payment method and the Member's current KYC verification status.

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. wb304 does not impose a withdrawal processing fee; however, standard inter-bank transfer fees levied by the Member's own bank may apply per that institution's published tariff schedule.

Suspicious Transactions: wb304 actively monitors all financial transactions for indicators of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. Where suspicious activity is detected, wb304 reserves the right to freeze the relevant account, block pending withdrawals, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities without prior notification to the Member.

wb304 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback programs, and football accumulator boost promotions. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published on the relevant promotional page at the time of the offer.

General Bonus Conditions: Unless individual promotion terms state otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all wb304 bonus offers:

• Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 5x the bonus amount before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus credit date. Unused or unmet bonus funds will expire automatically at the end of this period.
• Qualifying bets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.20 to count toward wagering requirement fulfillment. Bets placed at odds below this threshold will not contribute.
• Free bet credits are non-withdrawable; only net winnings derived from a free bet may be converted to Real Money Balance.

Promotional Abuse: wb304 expressly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk or matched-bet strategies designed to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine engagement, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, and collusion between Members to artificially fulfill conditions. Where such activity is detected, wb304 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses, confiscate resulting winnings, and permanently close the relevant accounts.

Withdrawal During Bonus Activity: Where a Member requests a withdrawal while Bonus Funds remain active and wagering requirements are incomplete, wb304 may, at its sole discretion, remove the remaining bonus balance from the account prior to processing the withdrawal. The Member's Real Money Balance will not be affected by this action.

Members agree to use the wb304 platform solely for its intended purpose — placing personal recreational wagers — and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wb304 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological tool that artificially interacts with the platform or its odds-setting mechanisms without human input.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, graphical errors, or mathematical inconsistencies in the platform to gain an unfair wagering advantage (commonly referred to as "arbing" or "advantage play" beyond normal skill-based activity).
• Sharing account credentials with third parties, or permitting any person other than the registered account holder to place bets through the account.
• Using wb304 for any money-laundering purpose, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity, cycling funds through the platform without genuine wagering intent, or structuring transactions to avoid detection.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing wb304 customer support staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any portion of the wb304 platform, its source code, odds algorithms, or proprietary game content.
• Creating or maintaining more than one active wb304 Account at any time.

wb304 reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action — including account suspension, permanent closure, fund forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement — in response to any breach of these acceptable use standards.

All content appearing on the wb304 platform — including but not limited to the wb304 brand name, logo, platform design, interface layout, graphic elements, software, odds data, written text, and game assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of wb304 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the wb304 platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational betting purposes. This license does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, sublicense, modify, or create derivative works based on any wb304 content without prior written authorization.

Specific Exclusions: Without limiting the generality of the above, wb304 shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from temporary platform unavailability, server downtime, or scheduled maintenance.
• Payment processing delays caused by Indonesian bank infrastructure, e-wallet provider outages, or third-party payment gateway failures beyond wb304's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a Member's failure to safeguard their account credentials against unauthorized access.
• Disruptions caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, network outages, or any other event beyond wb304's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by independent game providers or RNG (Random Number Generator) systems that govern outcomes in casino games, togel (traditional numbers lottery), and other random-result products hosted on the platform.

Where applicable consumer protection laws in Indonesia do not permit the exclusion of certain implied warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of loss, wb304's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by such laws. In all other cases, wb304's total aggregate liability to any single Member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.

wb304 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling among all of its Members. Betting is intended solely as a form of entertainment, and wb304 actively provides a range of tools to help Members maintain healthy control over their wagering activity.

Available Responsible Gaming Tools:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once a deposit limit is active, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 7 days after any upward revision request.
• Session Time Limits: Members may set maximum session durations, after which they will automatically be logged out and required to consciously re-enter the platform to continue.
• Loss Limits: Members may set maximum loss thresholds within defined rolling time windows. Once a loss limit is reached, further wagering is temporarily suspended until the applicable period resets.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may request a temporary account suspension for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 months) during which access to all wb304 wagering features will be restricted.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to take a more permanent break may apply for voluntary self-exclusion. Once active, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months. wb304 will take commercially reasonable steps to ensure excluded Members are not targeted by promotional communications.

Minor Protection: wb304 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. Members who share their device with minors are responsible for implementing appropriate parental controls and ensuring that minors cannot access the wb304 platform. wb304 may immediately suspend any account where minor access is suspected, pending investigation.

wb304 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Members in connection with the registration, verification, and use of the platform. All personal data is handled in accordance with the wb304 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and where applicable, promotional communications from which you may opt out at any time.

wb304 does not sell Member personal data to third-party advertising networks. Data sharing with third parties is limited to service providers directly involved in platform operation (such as payment processors and KYC verification services), and to legal authorities where disclosure is required by applicable law.

wb304 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Such changes may reflect updates to the platform's features, adjustments to payment processing procedures, legal or regulatory developments, or enhancements to the responsible gaming framework.

Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects a Member's rights or obligations — wb304 will provide at least 14 calendar days' advance notice by email to the address registered on the Member's account, and/or by a prominent in-platform notification. Non-material corrections (such as typographical fixes or clarifications that do not change substantive obligations) may be implemented immediately without prior notice.

Continued Use as Acceptance: A Member's continued use of the wb304 platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. If a Member does not agree with the revised Terms, they must cease using the platform and may request account closure prior to the effective date of the change.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the wb304 Platform's operating jurisdiction as registered with its international licensing authority.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between a Member and wb304, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through wb304's internal customer support escalation process. Where a dispute remains unresolved following internal escalation, either party may refer the matter to an independent arbitration process. wb304 commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days of receipt.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held by a competent court or arbitration panel to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between wb304 and the Member with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous representations, understandings, or agreements, whether oral or written.
